Ingredients for 4
  • 6 kiwi fruit
  • 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of grenadine
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 3 oranges (juice)
  • some leaves of fresh lemongrass (to garnish)

A delicious aperitif with a delicate note thanks to the fresh fruit – this will delight even your most demanding guests!

Method

Blend the kiwi fruit and strain to remove the seeds, then add a teaspoon of sugar. Add the juice of three oranges, 8 ice cubes and blend with a hand blender. 

Mix the rest of the sugar with the grenadine on a small plate. Sugar rim each glass by dipping each glass in a little lemon juice and then into the grenadine sugar to create a pink sugar rim. 

Pour in the kiwi aperitif and garnish with lemongrass leaves. Enjoy!
