- 3 teaspoons of brown sugar

- juice of ½ lemon
- 3 oranges (juice)
- some leaves of fresh lemongrass (to garnish)

Method
Blend the kiwi fruit and strain to remove the seeds, then add a teaspoon of sugar. Add the juice of three oranges, 8 ice cubes and blend with a hand blender.
Mix the rest of the sugar with the grenadine on a small plate. Sugar rim each glass by dipping each glass in a little lemon juice and then into the grenadine sugar to create a pink sugar rim.
Pour in the kiwi aperitif and garnish with lemongrass leaves. Enjoy!
