- 1 litre water
- 500 g sugar
- 1 stick of celery
- 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios
- a few fresh sprigs of celery leaves
Refreshing and thirst-quenching – a delight for hot summer days!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Wash, clean and liquidise the celery stick. P
ut the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring it to the boil to make a sugar syrup.
Leave to simmer for about 8 minutes, then add the celery puree.
Leave to cool and then leave to rest in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
Serve on a bed of chopped pistachios and garnished with a few fresh celery leaves.
