  • 4 white peaches
  • 200 ml of champagne
  • 8 Langues de Chat butter biscuits
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Eat or drink? What about both together, uniting the sweetness of peaches with the always welcome bubbles of Champagne?

Method

Wash and peel the peaches, slice and sprinkle with the cinnamon.

Arrange the peach slices attractively in wide coupe champagne glasses. Pour in the champagne (well-chilled) just before serving. Serve with Langues de Chat butter biscuits.
