Preparation
Combine the dry ingredients together.
Combine the wet ingredients together, then fold into dry ingredients.
Fold in the shredded Zucchini and portion into molds.
Bake at 330˚F (165˚C) for 30 minutes or until they spring bake when you touch them.
*Serve with Mandarin Compote
